My name is Tasha Mack. Pilates changed the way I move through the world — literally. After struggling with ongoing pain and injuries, I found healing and strength through Classical Pilates. That experience inspired me to complete over 600 hours of comprehensive training so I could help others experience the same relief and renewed confidence in their bodies.
I specialize in supporting clients who are navigating pain, recovering from injury, or looking to reconnect with movement in a safe and intentional way. Through precise cueing, thoughtful progressions, and a deep understanding of alignment and body mechanics, I help clients build the foundation for pain-free movement.
I offer both in-person and virtual sessions designed to meet you exactly where you are — and help you move forward with confidence. When you move better, you live better.
